What a package price actually covers
Every Eman Way Umrah package is a complete trip. The price includes return flights from Kuala Lumpur, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, your Umrah visa, ground transport in Saudi Arabia (airport transfers and the Makkah–Madinah journey), ziarah visits to historical sites, a mutawwif (religious guide) with the group throughout, and Zamzam water to bring home.
What is usually not included: personal spending, extra meals outside the plan, optional tours, and travel insurance unless the package page says otherwise. Always read the inclusions list on the specific package — it is the contract.
The five things that move the price
- Hotel distance from the Haram. A hotel 200 m from Masjidil Haram costs far more per night than one 800 m away with a shuttle. This is the single biggest factor.
- Room sharing. Quad (4 to a room) is the base price. Triple and double rooms add a supplement per person.
- Season. Ramadan and Malaysian school holidays are peak; Safar to Rajab is usually cheapest.
- Airline and routing. Direct flights cost more than one-stop routings via the Gulf.
- Extras. Combined trips (Umrah + Turkey or Uzbekistan) add several days of touring, hotels and flights.

Every tier performs the same Umrah. What changes is how far you walk, how many people share your room, and how much choice you have over the schedule.
How payment works
You confirm a booking with a 25% deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments before departure, by card or bank transfer. There are no hidden processing fees — the price on the package page is the price.

A realistic budget on top of the package
